Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop, test, and implement PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs based on project requirements.
· Collaborate with the engineering team to design efficient and reliable control systems.
· Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues during the installation and commissioning phases.
· Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing PLC systems.
· Prepare detailed technical documentation including specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.
· Maintain accurate records of PLC programs and configurations.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of PLC systems.
· Conduct thorough testing of PLC programs to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with project requirements.
· Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards.
· Provide training to end-users and maintenance personnel on the operation and troubleshooting of PLC systems.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies related to PLC automation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic and structured text.
· Familiarity with PLC hardware and software platforms.
· Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
· Hands-on experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) programming is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
· Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Experience:
· Entry-level position; however, internship or project experience in PLC programming is advantageous.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
