Job Purpose
The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations, order processing, cross-functional coordination, reporting, customer communication, and timely execution of sales-related activities. The position acts as a bridge between Sales and various internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Order & Inventory Coordination
· Verify and process sales orders for accuracy and completeness.
· Coordinate with the Procurement team for purchase order status and inventory availability.
· Track order fulfillment and ensure timely updates to the sales team.
· Maintain records of inventory status and support stock planning activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
· Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Support, IT, and Accounts teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
· Follow up on order dispatches, deliveries, and customer requirements.
· Escalate operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Online Sales & Kitting Support
· Coordinate online order processing and track portal activities.
· Monitor kitting progress and ensure readiness for dispatch.
· Support data uploads and maintain accuracy of online sales information.
Sample & Customer Coordination
· Coordinate teacher sample requests and dispatches.
· Follow up with internal teams and customers regarding sample approvals and deliveries.
· Ensure timely communication of dispatch schedules and status updates.
Reporting & Documentation
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
· Maintain sales trackers, dashboards, and order status reports.
· Generate sales performance reports and presentations for management review.
· Maintain proper documentation of sales-related records and communications.
Customer & Internal Communication
· Respond to customer and internal team queries through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
· Provide timely updates regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and service requests.
· Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
· Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
· 3–8 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Support, or related roles.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
· Experience working with ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage.
· Strong coordination and organizational skills.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
· Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per month
