Job Role & Responsibilities
Role: CAE Engineer (Durability)
Responsibilities:
-
Virtual validation (FEA) of full vehicle & its structural parts
-
Fatigue calculations for dynamic loads
-
Correlation with testing

Competency Requirements
Technical/ Functional:
-
Exposure to CAE (FEA) tools / techniques and domains (like durability, NVH)
-
Awareness about automotive systems (2-3 yrs)
Behavioral

Taking initiative and desire to transform concepts to reality

Effective communication with team, peers and seniors
Specific expertise required for functional area :

Experience with any of following softwares preferable: Altair/hyperworks, ANSYS, Nastran etc
