Key Responsibilities
Workforce Management & Operations
· Manage end-to-end human resource operations for a multi-site or high-turnover field workforce.
· Oversee shift rosters, daily attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.
· Drive employee lifecycle activities including on boarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Talent Acquisition
· Drive high-volume, rapid recruitment for warehouse staff, logistics executives, drivers, and operational roles.
· Partner with regional operations heads to forecast manpower requirements and reduce empty-shift vacancies.
· Manage local job fairs, vendor consultants, and campus/direct sourcing channels.
Compliance & Labor Relations
· Ensure strict adherence to regional labor laws, factory acts, minimum wage rules, and safety regulations.
· Handle employees grievances, disciplinary actions, and industrial/employee relations issues promptly.
· Maintain statutory records, audits, and documentation for contractor and permanent workers.
Performance & Engagement
· Implement performance appraisal cycles for office staff and productivity tracking frameworks for operational teams.
· Plan engagement and safety-awareness activities to improve worker retention and morale in high-stress logistics environments.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
Industrial Relations (Master's/MBA preferred).
· Experience: 8 to 10 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with distinct exposure to logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
· Core Skills:
o Deep knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance.
o High-volume blue-collar workforce management.
o Strong conflict resolution and crisis management abilities.
o Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Excel, and attendance management systems.
· Salary Range: Around 50K CTC PM
