Role Summary
To handle customer queries related to business functionalities such as accounting, inventory, and payroll, and provide accurate solutions to ensure effective software usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand functional queries related to accounting, inventory, and payroll
- Provide support through calls, email, WhatsApp, and remote access
- Follow SOPs, maintain SLA timelines, and complete troubleshooting before escalation
- Log accurate ticket details, updates, and call outcomes in CRM
- Resolve queries related to business processes, transactions, and reports
- Guide customers on proper usage of accounting, inventory, and payroll features
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
- Provide timely updates and ensure proper resolution

Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher
- Commerce background preferred (B.Com M.com or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
