Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the for a Construction Engineer/ Manager. The role entails managing construction at site, project coordination, collaborating between stakeholders, and tracking project milestones. The Construction engineer will also be responsible for managing submittals, preparing documentation, and ensuring project workflows remain on schedule and within scope.
Overall management of construction site which essentially include non-construction administrative works, administration of sub contractor etc.
The core performance index is successful delivery of project and the core performance attributes are methods, planning, quality, safety and time-lines.
Qualifications:
- Experience of 2-8 years in Construction Administration, Project Coordination and Project Management
- Competence in handling Construction and managing related documentation
- Strong skills in Communication and stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in managing Submittals and tracking project deliverables
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of steel construction industry standards and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
