Role Description The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day front desk operations and guest services. This position manages front office staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and reservation processes. The Front Office Manager monitors lobby activities, supports customer service resolution, and maintains high levels of guest satisfaction and professional conduct. The role involves coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support smooth operations, accurate room status updates, and prompt handling of guest requests. The Front Office Manager also maintains front office records, ensures adherence to brand and safety standards, and contributes to revenue optimization through effective room allocation and upselling.
Qualifications
- Strong Front Office and Office Administration skills to supervise daily desk operations, staff coordination, and record management.
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance guest experiences.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interaction with guests and team members.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial front office role.
- Proficiency with hotel PMS and reservation systems, along with basic computer literacy (MS Office or similar tools).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace.
- Relevant education in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
