Product Manager –(Apparels/ Soft Luggage)
Location: Bhiwandi, Pimplas

Experience: 5–10 years in Apparels, Bags, Soft Luggage or related manufacturing industry.
Salary: 50000
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Prepare production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- 2. Plan and coordinate procurement of raw materials and accessories to ensure uninterrupted production.
- 3. Place production orders with approved outsourced manufacturing vendors as per agreed specifications and timelines.
- 4. Regularly follow up with vendors to monitor production progress and ensure on-time completion and dispatch.
- 5. Coordinate the development of pre-production and production samples, obtain internal/customer approvals, and ensure production commences only after approval.
- 6. Ensure all products undergo quality inspections at appropriate stages of production. Maintain complete QC reports and inspection records for every order.
- 7. Resolve production, quality and delivery issues in coordination with vendors, procurement and the sales team.
- 8. Monitor vendor performance on quality, delivery and compliance, and recommend improvements wherever required.
- 9. Maintain accurate production status reports, pending order trackers and delivery schedules.
- 10. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatches and fulfil customer delivery commitments.
- 11. Continuously identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, minimise wastage and enhance product quality.
- 12. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications and manufacturing best practices.
