Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Lead Generation Executive to join our team and work with customers in the United States trucking insurance market.
The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads from trucking businesses and owner-operators in the US through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and other lead-generation channels.
This is a US night-shift role, and the candidate should be comfortable communicating with US-based truck owners and business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US trucking companies, owner-operators, and trucking business owners.
- Generate new leads for commercial trucking insurance.
- Contact prospects regarding their current or upcoming trucking insurance needs.
- Identify potential customers who need new policies or insurance renewals.
- Explain basic insurance services and collect required business information.
- Qualify prospects and forward qualified leads to the sales/account management team.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Communicate professionally with US customers and build strong business relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and insurance team to ensure smooth lead handoff.
About the Industry
The role will focus primarily on US commercial trucking insurance, including insurance solutions for:
- Owner-Operators
- Motor Carriers
- Trucking Companies
- Small Fleets
- New Trucking Ventures
Candidates will receive training on the trucking insurance industry, products, and lead-generation process.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills with the ability to speak confidently with US customers.
- Punjabi speaking ability is preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to US customers.
- Willing to work a US night shift.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Basic computer, email, and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain organized lead records.
- Previous experience in US sales, BPO, telecalling, lead generation, insurance, or international voice process is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
