We are hiring a skilled Welder who is ready to work both in the workshop and at event locations. The role involves fabricating metal structures and handling on-site installation for weddings and events across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding for event structures
- Fabricate metal frames, stages, trusses, arches, and décor supports
- Travel to event sites for installation and dismantling
- Handle on-site adjustments, welding, and emergency fixes
- Work with production team during event setup and breakdown
- Ensure strong, safe, and clean finishing
- Follow safety standards at workshop and event sites
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in welding/fabrication
- Willingness to travel and work at event locations (day/night shifts)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of measurements and fabrication drawings
- Physically fit for site work
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
