Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, conducting meetings and site visits, maintaining sample bungalows, and assisting clients throughout the sales process. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and presentation of sample bungalows and sales offices.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams, and vendors to keep sample properties ready for client visits.
- Monitor and report maintenance requirements to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
