We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across our Stock Broking business and other product-based ventures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, digital marketing campaigns, and business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads for Demat account openings, stock market products, and other business offerings.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.
Brand Management
- Build and maintain strong brand positioning across all business verticals.
- Ensure consistency in branding, communication, and customer experience.
- Develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and brand awareness initiatives.
Content & Social Media Marketing
- Plan and oversee content creation for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media presence and engagement across various platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
Business Development Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Design marketing campaigns that support customer retention and business growth.
- Develop referral, partnership, and customer engagement programs.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.
- Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging business prospects.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and business impact.
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor marketing team members when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
- Experience managing multiple products or business verticals is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Financial Services, Stock Broking, FinTech, or Investment-related businesses.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Marketing, and CRM platforms.
