Cream & Craft Academy is a premium baking academy focused on helping aspiring bakers learn professional baking skills through hands-on workshops and structured courses.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Assist in planning and executing Meta advertisements.
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and follow up with leads.
- Coordinate workshop promotions and admission campaigns.
- Design basic creatives using Canva.
- Track leads and maintain enquiry records.
- Assist in content shooting and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Good written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Comfortable appearing in videos or coordinating content shoots.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing and AI tools.
Preferred Skills
- Canva designing experience.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads.
- Experience in video editing using CapCut, VN, or similar apps.
- Knowledge of Google Forms, Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates residing near Tambaram, Selaiyur, Medavakkam, Madambakkam, Sembakkam, or nearby locations are preferred.
- Passion for social media, marketing, photography, or content creation.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
