Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Create and manage content marketing campaigns, including blogs, landing pages, email marketing, and social media.
- Manage the company's social media presence and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage digital marketing team members and external agencies where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website content management systems such as WordPress.
- Experience managing agencies or cross-functional marketing teams.
