At BrightCHAMPS, we're on a mission to transform the future of learning by empowering children with next-generation skills. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead our Teacher Training & Capability Development function and build world-class teacher readiness programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own end-to-end teacher training programs across onboarding, demo readiness, paid class readiness, and performance-based retraining.
- Develop structured training modules for Coding, Math, Robotics, and Communication programs.
- Build assessments, mock sessions, certification frameworks, and readiness checkpoints for teachers.
- Create training content, SOPs, playbooks, and learning resources to ensure consistent classroom delivery.
- Analyze performance data, audit reports, and feedback to design targeted capability-building interventions.
- Lead trainer development initiatives and collaborate with Academic Operations, Quality, Hiring, and Customer Success teams.
- Leverage AI tools to improve training effectiveness, content creation, and teacher development.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-7 years of experience in Teacher Training, Academic Operations, Learning & Development, or Teacher Capability Building.
- Prior experience in EdTech, K-12, or live online learning environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pedagogy, online teaching, student engagement, and teacher coaching.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in designing and managing large-scale training programs.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; B.Ed, M.Ed, or instructional design certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
