Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Overview
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving company revenue by identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales. The role involves building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve sales strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹132,421.65 - ₹555,204.05 per year
