Job Description
Vrinda Ayurveda is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Senior Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, with experience in tele sales or customer handling.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Explain Ayurvedic treatments, consultations, and products
- Convert leads into appointments and sales
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Maintain customer records and CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- 2–3 years of Tele Sales/Sales experience
- Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is an advantage)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
