We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist schools using FeeFlow – our School Management Software. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and problem-solving ability to provide seamless support to clients.
Provide technical support and training to school staff using FeeFlow software.
Troubleshoot user queries, software issues, and technical difficulties via calls, emails, and remote support.
Assist in software setup, user onboarding, and configuration.
Work closely with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
Document FAQs, solutions, and support queries for future reference.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Qualification: Any Graduate (Preference for IT/Computer Science)
Basic knowledge of Software, SQL, and troubleshooting (preferred)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and effectively
Prior experience in technical support or school ERP software is a plus
