We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR that will handle the following :

Management of Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, PT, IT, MLWF etc)and Legal/ Labour issues

Ensure all branches fully compliant for Internal Audit

Payroll complete process from input processing, to output generation, taxation and investment as per local statutory acts. Also managing the payroll of outsourced staff

Management of the entire recruitment cycle for entry level positions including sourcing, interview co-ordination, interviewing, offer closure, reference check.

The entire recruitment process to be managed as per the global recruitment policy on timely basis in the recruitment system available
-
Overall responsibility as Generalist HR
Requirements:
You will need to have :

Academic Education: Graduate & Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience - 6-5 years.

Minimum 7 years' solid experience.

With HR business partner experience in the shipping / Logistics / freight forwarder industry would be preferred
-
Excellent communication skills and able to deal with staffs at all levels within the organization

Familiar with local labor law, social benefits and Income Tax
-
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Hindi & Marathi

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
