We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation and prospecting. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline, initiating outreach, and generating qualified business opportunities for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential clients across various industries and geographies.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other B2B prospecting platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in software development, AI, web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, and other IT services.
- Initiate outbound communication through personalized LinkedIn messages, cold emails, and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, project scope, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development Manager/Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, communications, and activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create customized outreach strategies.
- Track lead generation metrics and achieve monthly KPIs related to appointments, qualified leads, and pipeline creation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in B2B lead generation for IT services or software solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to write professional cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with email outreach tools such as Apollo or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales prospecting and productivity.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT service offerings.
- Experience in handling international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or the Middle East.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
