Job Summary
Pansari Industry is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to expand its retail presence in West Delhi. The role involves approaching retail shops, building relationships, and encouraging them to purchase and stock our FMCG products such as millets, tea, and spices.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and approach retail outlets to promote company products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
- Encourage retailers to stock and reorder products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retailers
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail stores
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
- Maintain records of visits, orders, and payments
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Experience with products like millets, tea, and spices is preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with local West Delhi market is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
