We are looking for energetic and motivated Admission Counsellors / Telecallers to guide students and parents regarding B.Voc and other vocational courses. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining course details, and assisting them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students from provided lead lists
Explain B.Voc courses and admission procedures clearly
Follow up with interested students and parents
Maintain daily call records and admission data
Convert enquiries into admissions
Coordinate with admission office for documentation
Handle WhatsApp and phone enquiries professionally
Invite students for campus visits and counselling sessions
Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Polite and convincing communication style
Ability to handle students and parents
Target-oriented and hardworking
Eligibility
Plus Two / Degree / Diploma holders can apply
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Experience in telecalling or admission counselling is an advantage
Working Hours
9:15 AM – 4.45 PM
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives (Based on performance)
