Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile workshop and after-sales operations, preferably with premium/luxury brands such as Škoda, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, or Audi
- Hands-on experience in body shop processes
- Experience in car insurance claim handling
- Valid LMV Driving License is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English with proficiency in email drafting
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions in Surat
- Qualification: Diploma or BE in Automobile Engineering
