Job Summary
Logic Fusion Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter & Operations Coordinator to support our recruitment and day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate hiring activities, maintain documentation, and assist in operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post and manage job advertisements on hiring platforms.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
- Prepare HR and operational reports.
- Maintain employee records and confidential documents.
- Support daily operational and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Perform other HR and operations-related tasks as assigned.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office will be an added advantage.
