About the Role
Bright Venture Consultancy is looking for a Business Development Intern who can help us expand our client network and generate new business opportunities. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for someone interested in sales, marketing, business development, and recruitment consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, job portals, and other online platforms.
- Find companies with active manpower and recruitment requirements.
- Connect with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
- Introduce Bright Venture Consultancy and explain our recruitment services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective clients.
- Research market trends, industries, and companies to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain basic records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online lead generation.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Good English communication skills; Hindi/Gujarati will be an advantage.
- Confident in approaching new people and initiating conversations.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Must have own Laptop/Computer System
