We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal for our Arts and Science College to provide visionary leadership, academic oversight, and operational management. The Principal will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting faculty and staff in their professional growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, leadership qualities, and a passion for promoting the holistic development of students.
Education: A Ph.D. in a relevant field from a recognized university. A strong academic background with a proven record of excellence in teaching and research.
Experience: Minimum [8] years of experience in academic leadership roles, preferably as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of Department in an Arts and Science College.
Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate faculty and staff effectively.
- Proven track record of academic administration and organizational management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leading an Arts and Science institution.
