Position Overview
RIDGE School, Kurnool, is seeking a passionate, innovative, and dedicated Science Teacher to inspire young minds and foster a deep understanding of scientific concepts. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective and engaging Science lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
- Facilitate hands-on experiments, investigations, and project-based learning activities.
- Encourage inquiry-based learning and develop students' analytical and scientific thinking skills.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and well-equipped science laboratory environment.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning and enhance student outcomes.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, professional development programs, and co-curricular activities.
- Mentor students for science fairs, exhibitions, Olympiads, and other academic competitions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) with B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Experience in conducting laboratory activities and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
