We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business through calls, and referrals.
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
* Achieve sales targets.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.
* Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in sales.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and Computer as well.
