Outpatient Department (OPD)
We are seeking a dedicated and competent MBBS Medical Officer to assist Asia's Best Endocronoligst in the OPD. The role involves patient evaluation, clinical documentation, coordination of care, and ensuring smooth OPD operations while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
- Assist Super Specialists during OPD consultations
- Take detailed patient history and perform initial clinical examination
- Document patient records, diagnosis, and treatment plans accurately
- Prepare case summaries and ensure completeness of medical records
- Follow up with patients as advised by the consultant
Patient Management:
- Guide patients through consultation, investigations, and treatment plans
- Counsel patients regarding medications, procedures, and follow-ups
- Ensure patient satisfaction and address basic queries
Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate with diagnostic departments (lab, radiology, etc.)
- Ensure timely availability of reports for consultation
- Assist in organizing OPD workflow to minimize waiting time
- Support in admission/discharge processes if required
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain EMR/OPD records as per hospital protocols
- Ensure compliance with NABH/quality standards
- Assist in audit and documentation processes
- Support in data collection for clinical and operational reports
Qualifications:
- MBBS (mandatory)
- Registration with State Medical Council / NMC
- 0–3 years of experience (experience in hospital OPD preferred)
Skills Required:
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Good communication and patient handling skills
- Ability to work in a team with Super Specialists
- Basic computer knowledge (EMR systems)
- Time management and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
