Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare, issue, and track Work Orders (WO) and ensure compliance with approved scope of work.
- Verify contractor work completion and maintain records of executed work.
- Assist in Purchase Order (PO) processing and material procurement coordination.
- Review and verify contractor bills, material bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate contract billing, material billing, and payment approval processes.
- Track project expenses, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, contracts, work orders, and records.
- Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and daily/weekly status updates for management review.
- Follow up on pending approvals, vendor payments, and contractor submissions.
- Coordinate with accounts teams for billing, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
- Support GST/tax documentation, audits, and compliance-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards at project sites.
- Resolve site-level coordination issues and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of contractor performance, project milestones, and execution status.
