Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospital maintenance and engineering activities.
- Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, mechanical, and general maintenance work.
- Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor DG sets, UPS, electrical panels, transformers, pumps, HVAC and other critical systems.
- Ensure proper maintenance of OT, ICU, Cath Lab, CSSD and other critical areas.
- Manage AMC/CMC vendors and external contractors.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, checklists and reports.
- Supervise electricians, plumbers, technicians and maintenance staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety and fire-safety requirements.
- Maintain adequate stock of spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Control maintenance costs and coordinate with management for major repair requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
Pay: ₹20,852.32 - ₹35,000.00 per month
