Job Opening: CRM Executive
Location: Bathinda
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Experienced preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and inquiries.
Maintain customer records and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients regarding orders, services, and feedback.
Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
Support sales and office team in daily coordination.
Prepare daily follow-up reports.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling skills
MS Excel / CRM knowledge preferred
Polite and professional personality
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
