Job DescriptionKey Roles & Responsibilities:1. Customer Service & Branch Operations
- Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide accurate product/service information.
- Enter walk-in and lead details into company software and update the status daily.
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure the safe movement and submission of gold and cash to Head Office/regional office or other branches as required.
- Maintain proper grooming standards, wear company uniform or formals with formal shoes.
2. Sales & Lead Management
- Identify and generate business opportunities through cold calls, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
- Create and maintain a database of prospective customers, follow-up until conversion, and support customers throughout the closing process.
- Execute marketing initiatives and distribute leaflets/pamphlets near by radius to increase brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
3. NBFC Coordination & Business Development
- Visit nearby NBFCs regularly to generate business leads.
- Build and maintain a healthy NBFC network and ensure consistent business inflow.
4. Sales Process Oversight & Inventory Management
- Oversee complete sales cycle from greeting to negotiation and final closing.
- Track daily sales performance and ensure targets are met.
- Maintain stock records, monitor stock ageing, and coordinate for replenishment.
- Ensure all operational equipment (POS, weighing machines, etc.) are functional.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and transactions.
5. Compliance & SOP Adherence
- Follow all safety, compliance, stock handling procedures and company SOPs without deviation.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure branch security protocols are followed.
6. Meetings, Reporting & Inter-Branch Support
- Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings without fail.
- Be flexible to support and work from other branches when required based on business needs.
- Ensure timely reporting, assigned tasks completion, and coordination with Regional Office /Head Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
