Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can do much more than create visually
appealing designs. This role requires someone who can take ownership of creative projects,
collaborate directly with clients, understand business objectives, and translate them into
high-performing creatives.

Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design Excellence
● Conceptualize and create compelling creatives for social media, performance marketing
campaigns, websites, branding, presentations, and other digital assets.
● Develop innovative visual concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
● Ensure high standards of design quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all
deliverables.
● Stay updated with emerging design trends, creative formats, and industry best practices.
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
● Participate in client meetings, creative discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
● Understand client requirements, gather feedback, and translate business goals into
effective creative solutions.
● Present creative concepts confidently and explain design decisions to clients and
internal stakeholders.
● Build strong working relationships with clients by ensuring clear communication and
timely delivery of projects.
AI-Driven Creative Execution
● Actively explore and utilize AI-powered tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT,Flow,
Runway, Canva AI, Kling, Sora, or similar platforms to enhance creative workflows.
● Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, ideation, content generation,
image creation, video production, and design processes.
● Drive innovation within the creative team by experimenting with new technologies and
sharing best practices.
Team Collaboration & Ownership
● Collaborate closely with performance marketers, content strategists, video editors,
account managers, and other designers.
● Take ownership of projects from brief to final delivery.
● Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
● Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a culture of learning and creative
excellence.
Qualifications
● 3–5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a digital marketing or creative
agency.
● Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, campaign design, and
performance marketing assets.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and
branding.
● Strong communication and presentation skills with experience interacting directly with
clients.
● Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and a strong interest in adopting
emerging technologies.
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced
environment.
● Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
