Job Description – SEO & AEO Specialist (Lead Generation Focus)Position Overview
GoMilestone is looking for an SEO & AEO Specialist whose primary responsibility will be generating qualified leads through organic search channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), content marketing, backlink building, and AI-powered search visibility. Social media and content activities will be focused on supporting brand authority and lead generation efforts.
Primary Objective
Generate qualified inbound leads through:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

Key Responsibilities1. SEO (Primary Responsibility)
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Identify commercial and transactional keywords that generate leads.
- Optimize service pages, landing pages, blogs, and case studies.
- Implement on-page SEO
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with the development team.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and lead generation performance.
- Manage Google Search Console and SEO reporting.
2. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize website content for AI-powered search engines and answer engines.
- Improve visibility in:
- ChatGPT
- Google AI Overviews
- Gemini
- Claude
- Perplexity
- Create FAQ-based and entity-based content.
- Implement structured data and schema markup.
- Monitor AI search visibility and recommend improvements.
3. Content Marketing
- Write SEO-focused blogs targeting high-intent keywords.
- Create service-page content, case studies, and industry articles.
- Publish articles on LinkedIn.
- Create content clusters and topic authority strategies.
- Optimize existing content for better rankings and conversions.
4. Link Building & Off-Page SEO
- Guest posting and outreach activities.
- Acquire quality backlinks from relevant websites.
- Create and manage business directory listings.
- Manage citations and company profiles.
- Improve domain authority and website credibility.
5. Social Media Marketing
- Create and publish content on:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Design creatives, banners, carousels, and marketing posts.
- Create reels and short-form video content.
- Promote blogs, case studies, and company achievements.
- Support SEO and brand-building initiatives.
6. AI Tools & Productivity
- Use AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Lovable
- Gemini
- Perplexity
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and marketing outcomes.
7. Paid Marketing Knowledge (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to coordinate with the paid marketing team when required.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SEO and AEO.
- Proven experience in generating leads through organic channels.
- Strong content writing and research skills.
- Experience with backlink building and guest posting.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
- Experience with social media content creation and management.
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- 1+ years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Experience working with IT Services, Software Development, Mobile Apps, CRM, ERP, SaaS, or Technology companies.
- Experience generating B2B leads through SEO.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
