OPPO Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive for its Mandsaur Service Center. This role requires an individual who can create a positive first impression, assist customers efficiently, and ensure smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the service center and provide prompt assistance.
- Create service requests, generate job cards, and manage customer registrations.
- Respond to phone calls and address customer queries in a courteous manner.
- Explain service procedures, warranty information, and expected repair completion timelines.
- Coordinate with service engineers and technicians to provide customers with service updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily service activities.
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer support is desirable.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel and Word) and computer operations.
- Well-groomed personality with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently or with a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
