Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and workflow documentation.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of SQL for basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with UML, BPMN, Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with web and mobile application projects.
- Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
- Exposure to Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (IT) or Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA) are preferred.
Good to Have
- Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, FinTech, Retail, or E-commerce domains.
- Experience working in Agile product development teams.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
