Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our Bajaj Workshop team at Baddi. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, service reminders, follow-ups, feedback collection, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the service journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend incoming customer calls and address service-related queries professionally.
* Make outbound calls for service reminders, appointment booking, and customer follow-ups.
* Coordinate with service advisors and workshop staff for timely customer updates.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
* Collect customer feedback after service and maintain customer satisfaction records.
* Maintain and update customer databases and service records.
* Inform customers about service campaigns, offers, and promotions.
* Ensure timely communication regarding vehicle delivery status and service progress.
* Prepare daily and monthly customer interaction reports.
* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills
* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM/software usage).
* Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Qualifications
* Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
* Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
* Experience in automobile customer service, telecalling, or customer support will be preferred.
Experience
* 0–3 years experience in customer care, telecalling, or automobile service industry.
