Job Title: Commercial cum Tender Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial cum Tender Executive to manage tendering activities, customer inquiries, vendor registrations, and commercial coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to handle end-to-end bid processes while supporting sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track relevant tenders (government and private sector)
- Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, and proposals within deadlines
- Handle vendor registrations across various portals and organizations
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, accounts) for accurate documentation and pricing
- Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and customer communications
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, technical specifications, and commercial terms
- Assist in preparing product presentations, datasheets, and marketing materials
- Follow up on submitted bids and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in tendering, commercial operations, or sales support (preferably in manufacturing industry)
- Familiarity with GeM portal, e-tendering platforms, and vendor registration processes
- Good understanding of commercial terms, quotations, and documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in electrical/electronic/mechanical products
- Basic understanding of technical specifications and drawings
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Salary: As per industry standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
