Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales and the ability to achieve business targets while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Manage client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends.
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
