We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Accounts Trainer to train students and professionals in accounting concepts and accounting software. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on accounting concepts and practices.
- Train candidates on Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Income Tax basics, and MS Excel.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions and resolve trainees' queries.
- Monitor trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep training content updated with the latest accounting standards and industry practices.
- Coordinate with the HR and Training teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, training, or a related role.
Location : Dehradun / New Delhi
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
