We require a Shift Supervisor with a Graduate degree in Technical/Mechanical Stream (Mandatory). Relevant experience in Production/Manufacturing will be preferred. The position involves shift-wise rotational duty, including Day & Night Shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manpower planning & allocation
- Production monitoring & target achievement
- Maintain production records & reports
- Monitor production processes and batch numbering
- Housekeeping, TPM activities & cell reviews
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Stores & other departments
- Handle manpower issues and machine breakdown reporting
- Ensure safety, discipline & smooth production operations
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
