Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications in Bangalore. You will collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to turn design concepts into scalable, user-centric web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy dynamic, pixel-perfect web pages using modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and core frameworks.
- Translate Figma or Adobe XD designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and database systems to power front-end features.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, SEO performance, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, fix code defects, and implement site security best practices.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews with the engineering team.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on professional web development experience.
- Front-End: Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Tailwind), JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Back-End & Databases: Working knowledge of Node.js, Express, PHP, or Python, along with relational/non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools & Version Control: Proficiency with Git/GitHub, CI/CD workflows, and package managers (npm/yarn).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective English communication.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Headless CMS platforms (Strapi, Contentful) or modern e-commerce stacks (Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Knowledge of Web Vitals performance benchmarks, accessibility standards (WCAG), and basic cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel).
Location & Work Setup
- Primary Location: Bangalore (Major tech corridors such as HSR Layout, Koramangala, Whitefield, or Outer Ring Road).
- Work Mode: Hybrid / Onsite depending on team requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
