Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive B2B and enterprise sales across Karnataka. The role involves managing end-to-end sales, expanding market presence, and achieving regional revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and enterprise sales across Karnataka
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B / IT / Telecom Sales
- Proven experience in handling regional sales and team management
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycle
- Kannada & English proficiency – Mandatory
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel across Karnataka
