Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive audience growth, build partnerships, and expand our services. This role combines digital marketing with client relationship management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Execute SEO strategies and optimize digital content.
- Plan and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
- Publish website content and monitor analytics.
- Generate performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
Business Development
- Build relationships with temples, trusts, and spiritual organizations.
- Identify opportunities for temple promotions and event live streaming projects.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and service proposals.
- Develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
- Support promotional events and brand-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Self-motivated with a passion for building relationships.
Preferred Skills
- Google Analytics and SEO fundamentals.
- Meta Ads or Google Ads experience.
- CRM or lead management experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation.
- Experience in media, events, or agency environments is an advantage.
