Key Responsibilities:-
· Handle site supervision, contractor coordination, and project scheduling to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
·Manage civil works, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and safety norms.
· Prepare and review BOQs, drawings, estimates, and material requirements.
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for seamless project execution.
· Maintain proper documentation for approvals, inspection reports, and compliance records.
· Conduct quality checks and safety audits at project sites.
· Prepare and present progress reports to management.

Skills:-
· Dilpma or Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
· Proven experience in independently managing commercial projects (offices, industrial buildings etc.).
· Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes and statutory compliance.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project / Excel, and other project management tools.
· Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
