Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-spoken Telecaller cum Receptionist to handle front desk activities, student inquiries, calls, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Guide students and parents regarding courses and admissions
- Maintain inquiry and follow-up records
- Schedule appointments and counselling sessions
- Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
- Respond to WhatsApp messages, emails, and basic student queries
- Coordinate with counsellors and faculty members
- Maintain attendance and basic office records
- Support admission and administrative activities
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
