**Full Job Description**
We are hiring a **Sales Engineer** for **front-line, field-based B2B sales** of industrial machinery and automation solutions (Laser Marking Machines, Label Applicating Machines, Industrial Printers, Conveyors, Automation & Leveling Machines, etc.).
This is a **field sales role only** — candidates must be comfortable visiting factories and manufacturing plants directly. **Inside sales, backend sales, or telecalling experience will not be considered.**
**Responsibilities**
- Generate leads and develop business by visiting factories, plants, and industrial units
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and technical presentations on-site
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales independently
- Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
- Coordinate with technical/service teams for smooth execution
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Travel extensively for client visits and business development
**Requirements**
- 2–5 years of field/B2B sales experience in industrial machinery, engineering, automation, or electrical products
- Proven experience selling directly to factories/manufacturing plants
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic technical understanding of machinery/equipment
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
