About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer / AI Engineer with 4–6 years of professional experience to join our technology team.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in modern frontend and backend development, databases, APIs, Docker/Linux environments, and AI/LLM-based applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable applications and integrating AI capabilities such as MCP, RAG, and AI chatbots into production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and scalable web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Design and develop backend applications and APIs using Django, FastAPI, and Node.js/Express.
- Build and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native when required.
- Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
- Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
- Work with Linux environments for development, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features including RAG systems, AI chatbots, and MCP-based solutions.
- Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, and AI model integrations.
- Design reliable AI workflows and integrations for business applications.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, product, and other technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Debug, optimize, test, and maintain applications across development and production environments.
- Follow software engineering best practices for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver features within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
- Strong backend development experience with one or more of:
- Django
- FastAPI
- Node.js / Express
- Good understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with React Native is required or highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, database design, queries, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Good working knowledge of Linux environments.
- Practical experience developing AI/LLM-powered applications.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG, and AI chatbots.
- Understanding of AI models, embeddings, vector databases/search, context management, and LLM APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Experience with Portainer and Docker-based infrastructure management.
- Experience with Agentic Coding and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Knowledge of Agentic Orchestration and multi-agent AI systems.
- Experience with n8n and workflow automation.
- Strong prompt engineering skills.
- Good knowledge of modern AI/LLM models and their capabilities.
- Experience with cloud deployments, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.
Shift & Work Location
- Work Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi – On-Site
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
- Working Days: Monday–Friday
Candidates must be comfortable working the specified night-shift schedule and from the on-site Dwarka Mor location.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
