Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer requirements and resolve complaints promptly.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance reviews.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
